A couple of months ago I picked up my paints again and told myself to just have fun. As much as I love clean lines and neutral backgrounds I have to admit that I am a fan of using color. Playing with layers, tones, contrast, and movement has brought a little more joy to my life and let’s just say I got carried away.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of capturing some beautiful moments between Tiffany and David with their bun at the Dallas Arboretum. Instead of sunshine and butterflies, we had umbrellas and drops of rain that made what was seen as a challenge became a magical opportunity in capturing their love in the empty gardens.
